Let us introduce Adams Coastal Cleaning

We are partners living locally in St.Ives and we setup this business after we realised there was a need for reliable cleaners who are flexible with their working hours and willing to do changeover cleans any day of the week to suit short or longer term Airbnb stays.

We are passionate about what we do, we have a high attention to detail, we care about our standards and our clients premises. Where necessary we follow Airbnb's 5 step enhanced cleaning process to adhere to COVID-19 safety practices.

Regular Holiday Home Changeover Cleans

We can provide a full and comprehensive changeover clean of the whole property with the option to handle your supply of laundry and towels.

We will always leave the property well presented with freshly made beds and linen. Standard changeover cleans include:

Kitchen cleaning
Wiping down surfaces
Dusting
Changing bedding
Toilet and bathroom cleans
Vacuuming
Mopping

We pride ourselves on working closely with the host to tailor our cleans to suit your needs. We ensure we give a personal touch, we are flexible and can adapt if you would like to change anything as we go along.

We understand the need for our cleaners to sometimes stock up items such as coffee, sugar, shampoo and bodywash etc. We can put out parking permits for guests and even leave any little touches you would like in the property like specific bedding arrangements or welcome cards left out for guests.

We pay attention to the details of the cleans. We know that the quality of the clean is paramount to your guest satisfaction and that receiving a bad Airbnb review is detrimental to your future bookings therefore we endeavour to ensure all properties are clean, tidy, well presented and ready for the next guest.

Laundry & Linen Services

We can handle your laundry requirements, working with our partners we can provide luxury linen and towel hire or get your own

items laundered for the properties we clean.

Let us know your guests bedding requirements and we will manage delivery and collections. We always recommend that you have adequate stock of all linens and towels. The property will need a place to leave items during changeover days. We can discuss these details further on our initial property consultation.

One off Cleans

We can step in to take care of your occasional Airbnb cleaning while you're away or your current cleaner is unavailable.

We will offer the same comprehensive cleans as our regular changeover cleans (see above) but for one off cleans, we require at least 24 hours notice.

One off Deep Cleaning

In an increasingly competitive market, where first impressions really do count, the importance of having a sparkling clean holiday home is crucial. Not only will it impact on the enjoyment of your guest’s holiday, but cleanliness is one of the most frequently commented upon issues in holiday house reviews. If your house lacks that sparkling clean glow and instead feels tired and a little bit grubby in those hard to reach corners, you are likely to face poor reviews and will ultimately lose bookings.

Get your property in tip top shinny condition, ready for the holiday season... Book a deep clean with Adams Coastal Cleaning and rest assured that we will work tirelessly to ensure your property is spotless. We will clean behind and under furniture, inside cupboards, remove mould, scrub grout if necessary, and polish those hard to reach areas such as light shades, tops of cupboards etc.

We have a full deep cleaning protocol which can include carpet and sofa cleaning at additional costs.

Services One off Deep Cleans

Airbnb Co-host & Management Services

With an expanding portfolio of properties already on our books, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience

co-hosting and managing Airbnb properties.

We are excited to be able to offer our Airbnb co-host service where for 10% commission of each letting (your gross annual airbnb rental income) we will provide the following inclusive management services:

Give you advice with setting up your Airbnb listing. When your Airbnb listing goes live we will take full control and monitor your Airbnb profile / all email enquires. Reply to all email bookings and enquiries from guests
Schedule cleans for all bookings received and ensure linens / towels are in place for each booking (cleans and laundry charged separately by Adams CC)
Monitor calendar bookings and amend rates to suit season / availability of property (all rental rates will be agreed with owner).
Based on our commission we will also include a free call out service where the co-host (Adams CC) will visit property if guests have issues at the property (number of call outs is limited and dependent on issues). Any plumbing / electrical / maintenance works will then be charged accordingly by the appointed contractor.
Our aim is to do our best to make sure that your guests are enjoying their stay and you will have a very well reviewed rental on Airbnb.

Further details can be discussed if you are interested in this service. Based on a 12 month contract and minimum monthly payments.

Should any property maintenance issues arise, these will be reported to the host straight away and for additional fees we are able to offer annual maintenance services to our customers including general repairs, painting and decorating services.
